BRATISLAVA, August 10, (WEBNOVINY) — Former World Chess Champion Garry Kasparov and former FC Barcelona’s President Joan Laporta are expected in Slovakia in October to attend the conference Big Ideas for Central and Eastern Europe. Other world’s prominent personalities will also be present at the conference (October 13 – 14).
Garry Kasparov is widely considered to be the best chess player in history. He currently gives lectures all around the world on the topics of leadership and tactics. Kasparov will lecture European leaders on logical and strategic thinking and offer instructions for how to accomplish success as a group leader and develop one’s potential as an individual thanks to listening to the voice of intuition. Laporta has managed to make FC Barcelona one of the best football clubs in Europe. He implemented a series of measures, boosted communication with fans, brought top football players to the club, established communication with children’s fund UNICEF and contributed to reduction of violence on stadiums.
Besides Kasparov and Laporta, author of the best-selling business books Scott McKain, father of coaching John Whitmore or leading marketing and branding specialist Peter Littmann, will give lectures in Bratislava.
