The heating company Bratislavska Teplarenska turned to the European Court of Human Rights.
The Cypriot company Paroplyn Holdings Limited has not yet obtained its 30-million-euro claim (plus interests) from the heating company Bratislavska Teplarenska. Although the company owned by the financial group Penta has already received the court’s verdict ruling that Bratislavska Teplarenska is obliged to pay for the heat untaken from Paroplynovy Cyklus, the heating company has not given up the fight. „Based on the shareholder’s requirement and the legal analysis, this dispute was taken to the European Court of Human Rights,“ a spokeswoman for Bratislavska Teplarenska, Jarmila Galandakova, informed the portal vEnergetike.sk.
