Slovak MPs have not accepted objections filed by Slovak President Andrej Kiska to the amendment to the Act on Thermal Energy.
The Slovak National Council has not accepted objections filed by Slovak President Andrej Kiska in regard to to the amendment to the Act on Thermal Energy. Slovak MPs have overturned President’s veto and reapproved the amendment to the law which introduces absolute immunity for the state-owned heating plants. Under the amendment, distraint immunity should apply to the immovable property, cash, receivables and financial instruments owned by holders of such permission, as well as their other property serving for the heat production and distribution.
