The current MP and the former economy and agriculture minister Lubomir Jahnatek is likely to become the new chairman of the Regulatory Office for Network Industries. The commission recommended the economy ministry to propose Jahnatek as the most suitable candidate to the Slovak cabinet in line with the selection procedure. “We had four candidates. The commission gave scores to individual candidates and agreed to recommend Jahnatek for this post,“ the chairman of the commission and the state secretary at the economy ministry, Vojtech Ferencz, said following the meeting of the commission. Lubomir Blasko ended the second, followed by Miroslav Celinsky and energy consultant Jozef Legeny.
