The Nuclear Regulatory Authority warns that removing the shortcomings in the documents does not mean that the administrative proceeding in connection with the issuing of the permission for the launch of the third and fourth nuclear block in Mochovce continues.
The power utility Slovenske Elektrarne is successful in removing the shortcomings detected by the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (UJD) in the connection with the completion of the third and fourth nuclear block in Mochovce. “Slovenske Elektrarne has been continuously submitting the documents from the administrative proceeding with removed shortcomings to UJD while the authority has assessed the correctness and complexity of the shortcomings removal. UJD informed that all the shortcomings had been removed in a required extent and deadline,“ UJD stated. The authority warns that removing the shortcomings in the documents does not mean that the administrative proceeding in connection with the issuing of the permission for the launch of the third and fourth nuclear block in Mochovce continues. “The administrative proceeding in connection with the issuing of the permission for the launch of the nuclear blocks in Mochovce remains interrupted. It will continue once the documents proving the required readiness of the facility for the launch are submitted,“ UJD stated.
