The Regulatory Office for Network Industries will continue regulating energy prices for households and small corporations in years 2017-2021.
On Tuesday, the Regulatory Council working at the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO) approved a new regulatory policy for the years 2017 to 2021. „In the new regulatory period, we will continue providing transparent and non-discriminatory economic competition in network industries with the emphasis on consumer rights protection and improvement of the business sector and its competitiveness,“ the head of the Office, Jozef Holjencik, stated at the press conference on Tuesday. The regulator will carry on setting energy prices for households and small corporations also during the following regulatory period.
