The Slovak company VUJE developed and delivered special containers for transport of liquid radioactive waste in Chernobyl NPP.
The Slovaks also participate in a radioactive waste solution for the power plant in Chernobyl. The company VUJE developed and supplied special containers for the transportation of liquid radioactive waste. The containers with a special trailer were delivered to the interim used fuel storage facility ISF-2 at the NPP Chernobyl. They will be used for the transportation of liquid nuclear waste producing during the fragmentation of used fuel from reactor units 1, 2 and 3. This contract has a great importance for the company VUJE since its products will then be present at every operated and decommissioned nuclear power plant in Ukraine.
