INDRA Slovakia to supply Slovensky Elektroenergeticky Dispecing with the new central management information system for 17.5 million euros.
Slovensky Elektroenergeticky Dispecing (SED), one of the workplaces of the company Slovenska Elektrizacna Prenosova Sustava (SEPS), will be supplied with a new central management information system. According to the head of the management department at SED, Frantisek Pecho, current systems had been in operation for over 10 years and it was necessary to replace them with more advanced technologies. The international tender for the procurement of the management information system was published in the Official Journal of the European Union and the Public Procurement Journal. Contracts with the winner of the tender, the company INDRA Slovakia which offered the lowest bid while meeting all required condition, were clinched on August 9, 2016. The contract is worth 17.5 million euros and SEPS will pay 5.5 million euros for 7-year technical support to the company’s management information system.
