Bratislava-based refinery is waiting for the results of the exclusive negotiations between Italian Enel and the Czech Group EPH.
Bratislava-based refinery Slovnaft has not given up the fight over a 66-percent stake in Slovenske Elektrarne put up for sale by Italian company Enel in spite of exclusive negotiations between Italian Enel and Czech Group Energeticky a Prumyslovy Holding (EPH). The chairman of Slovnaft‘s Board of Directors, Oszkar Vilagi, states that if negotiations turn out less successful for EPH, Slovnaft is ready to continue in debates with Enel which started a few months ago.
