Bratislava-based refinery disapproves that Italian company Enel had stopped providing information on the overall process of the completion of the third fourth blocks at Mochovce NPP.
Bratislava-based refinery Slovnaft, controlled by Hungarian group MOL, has given up its fight over a 66-percent stake in electricity producer Slovenske Elektrarne (SE). Slovnaft was interested in a majority stake in Slovak dominant electricity producer along with Hungarian group MVM. „We are no longer in talks with Enel,“ chairman of Slovnaft’s board of directors, Oszkar Vilagi, informed the portal vEnergetike.sk. Slovnaft stated that Italian company Enel, which put up its majority stake for a sale, has stopped providing information on the overall process of the completion of the third and fourth blocks of Mochovce NPP.
