Some companies which are under regulation failed to submit the evaluation of the quality standards for the last year to the Regulatory Office for Network Industries.
Some energy companies operating in Slovakia failed to meet their obligation towards the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO) this year after not submitting a report on compliance with quality standards for the last year. Companies must meet quality standards so that a customer receives adequate quality for the price for electricity, heat or natural gas. „The number of regulated entities which fulfilled their obligation is still insufficient despite taken measures,“ said the regulator that is determined to continue with the administrative proceedings against companies that failed to submit the evaluation of the quality standards within the period given.
